JOB TITLE - SAP O2C Process Professional  LOCATION – Lisbon or Madrid  HOURS - 40  ABOUT THE ROLE We have an incredible opportunity for an SAP O2C Process Professional to join our process organization. As an SAP O2C Process Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Order to Cash (O2C) processes, leveraging SAP's Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Revenue Recognition capabilities, ensuring efficient and compliant O2C operations. 
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?  Supporting End User incidents and change requests – and performing problem identification.
Analyzing current O2C processes and identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. 
Designing and implementing best practices for sales order processing, logistics execution, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes, in collaboration with global process leads and owners. 
Collaborating with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline O2C processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting end-user training on O2C processes and SAP solutions. 
Supporting release and tests within O2C operations. 
Staying updated on O2C process trends and regulatory changes to ensure alignment and compliance. 
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?  4+ years of experience in optimizing Order to Cash (O2C) processes using SAP's Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Revenue Recognition capabilities. 
Fluency in English is required 
Strong understanding of O2C processes, including sales order processing, logistics execution, invoicing, and revenue recognition. 
Proven ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for process improvement. 
Excellent communication and training skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct end-user training. 
Knowledge of process automation techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. 
Familiarity with relevant O2C regulations and compliance requirements.
