O candidato ideal será um pensador estratégico com um profundo entendimento dos canais de marketing digital e um histórico comprovado na condução de campanhas de paid media de alto impacto.Esta função requer uma combinação de criatividade, habilidades analíticas e capacidades de liderança para desenvolver e executar estratégias que entreguem um ROI extraordinário aos nossos clientes.Principais Responsabilidades:Liderança Estratégica: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias abrangentes de marketing de performance através de vários canais digitais, incluindo PPC, SEO, redes sociais, publicidade display e marketing de afiliados.Gestão de Equipa: Liderar, orientar e gerir uma equipa de profissionais de marketing de performance, promovendo uma cultura colaborativa e de alto desempenho.Desenvolvimento de Campanhas: Supervisionar a criação, execução e otimização de campanhas de marketing de performance para atender aos objetivos e KPIs dos clientes.Análise e Relatórios: Utilizar ferramentas de análise avançadas para acompanhar, medir e reportar o desempenho das campanhas.
Fornecer insights acionáveis e recomendações para melhorias contínuas.Colaboração com Clientes: Trabalhar de perto com os clientes para entender os seus objetivos de negócio, fornecer orientação estratégica e garantir a entrega de soluções de marketing eficazes.Gestão de Orçamento: Gerir e alocar orçamentos de marketing de forma eficaz para maximizar o ROI e alcançar os objetivos das campanhas.Inovação: Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências da indústria, tecnologias e melhores práticas.

MBA ou grau avançado é uma vantagem.Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em marketing de performance, com pelo menos 1 ano em função de liderança.Conhecimento: Conhecimento aprofundado dos canais de marketing digital, ferramentas e melhores práticas.
Proficiência em Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics e outras plataformas relevantes.Capacidade Analítica: Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas, com a capacidade de interpretar dados e tomar decisões baseadas em dados.Liderança: Capacidade de inspirar e motivar a equipa para alcançar resultados excecionais.Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais, com a capacidade de construir fortes relações com clientes e equipas internas.Orientação para Resultados: Capacidade demonstrada de impulsionar resultados mensuráveis e atingir metas de desempenho.Adaptabilidade: Capacidade de prosperar num ambiente dinâmico e acelerado, com uma abordagem proativa e flexível para os desafios.Se não cumprir os requisitos acima mencionados, agradecemos o seu interesse na posição.
