Put in place standard processes and policies enabled by standard work and help guide the organization through change. Participate to Group projects and HR projects and dashboard monitoring: talent review & design of retention plans (country & global) Description Drive employment engagement programs, monitor and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs. Create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of how talent fits into VSS business strategy and how to develop talent. Build and execute recruitment related to workforce planning, on boarding, training and professional development initiatives. Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with HR Manager. Draw insights from data to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business. Manage and deploy HR projects and support change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to the company. Profile Degree in Social, Management, HR (or similar), Master's Degree in HRM preferred; Human Resources experience of 2 to 5 years in such a role, (previous experience in Industrial plants preferred); Proficiency with HR Primavera System; ENGLISH: Level C1; Travels : 20% of time work within the country. 4 times a year outside the country.
