Descrição Create, implement, and oversee cost control strategies to enhance financial performance within the hospitality industry.Perform routine internal audits to ensure compliance, recognize financial vulnerabilities, and suggest efficient resolutions for managing those risks.Work together with different divisions to refine financial processes and pinpoint chances for cost reduction.Generate thorough reports on financial performance, discrepancies in costs, and audit discoveries for senior executives and stakeholders. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar areas.Demonstrated track record in corporate cost control, internal auditing, or similar financial positions within the construction or hospitality sector.Experience in real estate, hospitality or construction areas.Thorough comprehension of financial regulations, accounting fundamentals, and internal control standards.Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Proficiency in pertinent software and financial management applications.Must be collaborative and work effectively within a team.
