We're looking for: Creative Digital Designer to Shape our Digital Press In this role, you'll be part of a creative team to develop our digital presence and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You'll work closely with our marketing and digital experts to showcase our beautiful resorts and family-friendly as well as corporate offerings in a way that resonates with our target audience.
Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative and engaging visuals for internal and external communication as well as digital colleterals, our website, digital concierge and advertising campaigns. Create impactful digital posters, banners, videos ads and icons that align with our corporate design. Design and conceptualize email campaigns and presentation materials. Contribute to the development and execution of online advertising campaigns. Be on top of online design, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI). Ensure the accessibility of our digital offerings. Your Profile: Completed degree in Design, Graphic Design, or comparable multi media qualification Min. 3 years of professional experience in online design and web design Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) but as well as sources as Canva, Capcut or other Basic Experience with HTML, Wordpress Passion for the hospitality or gastronomy industry and luxury target audience Your homebase is close to Lisbon Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese Strong creativity, initiative, and teamwork skills Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach Martinhal Resorts offers you: The opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic hybrid environment Diverse and challenging tasks with design freedom An international work environment in a leading hospitality company A supportive team and a flat hierarchy Attractive compensation and benefits package Become part of the Martinhal Family and help us create unforgettable vacation experiences for families Apply Now We look forward to your application First Name
