Our success and sustainability are only made possible by continuing to develop our assets and technology through innovation and collaboration, and importantly through the development and diversity of our people who every day 'Make Incredible things Happen' At Subsea 7.Being a Subsea 7 OrcaFlex Analysis Engineer involves working on studies, tenders and projects in a variety of EPCI and/or Transport & Installation Contracts for topics related to installation analyses for power cables, umbilicals, flexible lines, mooring lines and associated offshore structures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform installation analysis with OrcaFlex software, as per design brief and basis.Produce and check others analyses, design, and associated engineering activities, including feasibility reports, detailed in place design reports, specifications, material take-offs, etc.Interface with project engineering teams (operations, installation, drawing office).Understand Client needs to develop specification for Suppliers, supporting their selection through technical bid evaluation.Provide engineering assistance during mobilizations and occasional periods of offshore or site working, including FATs, SITs, Pre-commissioning, etc.Propose innovative solutions allowing cost & risks reduction.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDegree in Engineering (marine / offshore / ocean technology / naval architecture / mechanical / civil).Being a proficient OrcaFlex software user with 2-10 years of experience within hydrodynamics, marine operations, or/and installation analysis.Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving.Being a team player but able to work autonomously, organizing and prioritizing your work.Ability to communicate in a clear and objective way your opinions and results to different stakeholders (either through reports or presentations).OUR OFFERWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
