La mission Attached to the Operations Manager, you will manage and develop a client portfolio mainly composed of industries based in Africa (Oil, Construction, Food Processing, Manufacturing) from our new office in Lisbon.
Organized and versatile, you will excel in both international purchasing , logistical management and export sales .
As an Export Purchases & Sales Administrator in our new team , your mission is to manage : 1.
Sales - Lead the client account management : Increase turnover and marginsReceive and process price inquiries and bidsIdentify new opportunities and marketsManage pricing, bids, Supply Chain projects and contracts 2.
Sourcing and Purchasing : Source and find new suppliersInitiate consultations related to tendersAnalyze proposals and evaluate suppliersPrepare and send purchase orders 3.
Export ADV - Create and monitor new files Prepare documents for exportShip goodsDebt recovery What the company has to offer : Join a caring, positive and professional team in a healthy working environment Contribute to the company's solid growth and benefit from excellent career prospects as one of its first employees Work with well-known companies in an international environment The profile : You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business or Purchasing & a first experience in the previous areas You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) You have knowledge of international buying/selling techniques & Incoterms You are fluent in English .
