O nosso cliente é uma prestigiada empresa do setor da indústria farmacêutica, localizada na zona de Lisboa. Pretende reforçar a sua equipa com a contratação de um Formulation Scientist. Ref. BE.FSL Será responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novas formulações e pela otimização de processos, assegurando o cumprimento dos mais elevados padrões de qualidade e regulamentação. Terá como responsabilidades: · Desenvolver e otimizar formulações farmacêuticas sólidas, líquidas e semi-sólidas. · Realizar estudos de pré-formulação e caracterização de matérias-primas e produtos intermédios. · Conduzir atividades de investigação e desenvolvimento, assegurando a conformidade com as Boas Práticas de Fabrico (GMP) e regulamentações internacionais. · Colaborar na elaboração de protocolos e relatórios técnicos, bem como na documentação necessária para a submissão regulamentar. · Apoiar a transferência de tecnologia de novos produtos para a produção, monitorizando a sua implementação. · Participar em projetos de inovação e melhoria contínua, promovendo a eficiência e a qualidade nas operações de formulação. Perfil: Mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas, Química, Engenharia Química ou áreas afins (obrigatório). Experiência em formulação farmacêutica e desenvolvimento de produtos. Conhecimento das Boas Práticas de Fabrico (GMP) e das regulamentações associadas ao setor farmacêutico. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa, com foco na solução de problemas e melhoria contínua. Bons conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito). Elevada capacidade de análise e sentido crítico. Proatividade e capacidade de inovação. Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipa. Rigor, organização e orientação para resultados.
