Responsabilidades ChaveEnthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls;Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone;Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability;Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality;Deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries;Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.CompetênciasProficient in French;Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).Principais BenefíciosWhat do we have for you?
Base salary of 870€/month;Performance bonus up to 170€/month and complexity bonus of 20€/month;Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day;Schedule: Monday to Friday 09h to 21h30, Saturday 09h to 20h, Sunday 10h to 19h;Working contract: 6 months (renewable).Location: Braga
