We are looking for a creative and committed Senior UX Designer (Product) to lead our talented team and reflect ourvision in incredible user experiences for our circular economy SaaS. If you are passionate about sustainability and innovation, you have everything to join our team. Your impact in the role · Lead the product design strategy, ensuring an amazing user experience aligned with our vision; · Design and develop innovative user experiences in the circular economy context; · Guarantee the UX State of the Art of the best platforms in the market; · Enhance and guarantee the best product user experience; · Develop and maintain UX design systems to ensure their scalability; · Conduct user researchand user testing to guarantee the effectiveness of the product design; · Identify opportunities for product and features enhancements in terms of user Experience; · Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product requirements and new features; · Create new product user experience ideas to present to the leadership. What matter the most for this role · Academic background in IT area; · 5+ years of experience in a UX role; · Experience in a sustainability or circular economy role will be valued; · Strong leadership and management skills; · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; · Ability to handle changing priorities; Are you still not surethis is the place for you?
