Their newly established Global Business Services (GBS) unit is dedicated to optimizing and streamlining end-to-end business processes across finance, human resources, sales support, and procurement. With delivery centers spanning multiple locations worldwide, they focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless service delivery.

GBS plays a strategic role in the company's long-term success, actively contributing to its growth and development.

ResponsibilitiesIn "Warranty Services", you will be responsible for handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements and steering and implementation of automation projects for improving efficiencies and streamlining processes, saving both time and resources for other critical tasks. You will shape solutions and applications for our worldwide warranty and service support processes, thus making a significant contribution to the digitization of our processes. You will also ensure a simple and efficient handling of our service processes towards our customers. Within this responsible role, you will manage master data, user access and set up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.

Set up of new after-sales partners and deactivation of partner data in the existing databaseMaintain partner warranty conditions (hourly rates)Manage user access and control user rolesMaintain and continuously develop partner master dataPrepare and analyze different data, e.g., partner master dataCreate reports and develop recommended actions based on data analysisAct as contact person for sales organization and business partners QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
IT-affinity and preferably experience in IT administration, cyber security and user managementIdeally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with IT or alternatively business or sales backgroundBasic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP and AS400) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in ExcelFluent in oral and written English to present complex issues and a basic understanding in GermanIndependent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration BenefitsYour Benefits:
