YOUR ROLEPerform patch management for Windows Server (Virtual & Physical), Linux Server, and ESXI environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess patching requirements, prioritize tasks, and schedule maintenance windows.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patch management and cybersecurity.Maintain a strong understanding of security antivirus solutions and implement best practices for protecting systems via patch management skills.Utilize VMWare administration skills to ensure seamless integration and patching of virtualized environments.Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL V4 methodologies to streamline patching processes and improve service delivery.Maintain security compliance as per the KPIs defined.Attend to DMs regularly.100% Remote.YOUR PROFILEExperience 1-2 years in IT industry.Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2012R2/ 2016/ 2019/ 2022 etc.
).Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of ITIL process and ticketing system.Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.Nice to Have:
