Description

Activities:

Participate in the creation and development of the normative documents and guidelines related with its areas of responsibility and control their enforcement;
Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the staff, as well as exercises in the domain of Information Security;
Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced security and risk culture;
Develop the existing reporting framework and contribute to the organizational committees related to its perimeter of intervention;
Ensure the consistent follow-up of the risks identified, as well as the actions defined as being necessary to develop the local information security framework;
Contribute to the Group information security control framework, by adopting an internal control framework sustained on the activity best practices;
Investigate and analyses information security alerts and incidents;
Participate in the human and organizational actions associated with the development of the information security maturity, including access control.
Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, diagrams).

Profile MUST HAVE

Degree in one of the following areas preferably: Information Technologies, Business Administration, Audit, Security, etc.
At least 6 years of experience in Audit and Risk Analysis and/or in Operations Security environment;
Knowledge in infrastructure management and automation tools, namely focus on DevSecOps and Red Team management
Good analytical and organization skills, attention to detail;
Strive for customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high quality results;
Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
High sense of confidentiality;
Good listening and questioning ability, good learning skills;
Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;
Ability and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment;
Curious and willing to work on different tasks and topics;
Sense of responsibility.
Pro-activity and dynamism;
Good knowledge of English (at least B1).

Atividades

Participar da criação e desenvolvimento dos documentos normativos e

diretrizes relacionadas com as suas áreas de responsabilidade e controlo das suas execução;

Assegurar o desenvolvimento e implementação de uma formação adequada e

sensibilização do pessoal, bem como exercícios no domínio da Segurança da Informação;

Desenvolver e contribuir para apoiar o desenvolvimento de um cultura de segurança e risco;
Desenvolver a estrutura de relatórios existente e contribuir para o

comitês organizacionais relacionados ao seu perímetro de intervenção;

Assegurar o acompanhamento consistente dos riscos identificados, bem como a

ações definidas como necessárias para desenvolver a segurança da informação local estrutura;

Contribuir para a estrutura de controle de segurança da informação do Grupo, adotando uma estrutura de controle interno sustentada nas melhores práticas da atividade;
Investigar e analisar alertas e incidentes de segurança da informação;
Participar nas ações humanas e organizacionais associadas à Desenvolvimento da maturidade em segurança da informação, incluindo controle de acesso.
Produzir e manter documentação (procedimentos, artigos de conhecimento,

diagramas).

Perfil DEVE TER

Licenciatura numa das seguintes áreas preferencialmente: Tecnologias de Informação, Administração de Empresas, Auditoria, Segurança, etc.
Experiência mínima de 6 anos em Auditoria e Análise de Riscos e/ou em Ambiente de Segurança de Operações;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão e automação de infraestruturas, nomeadamente foco em DevSecOps e gerenciamento de Red Team
Boa capacidade analítica e de organização, atenção aos detalhes;
Buscar a satisfação do cliente e buscar a entrega de resultados de alta qualidade;
Respeitar os procedimentos, metodologias e diretrizes;
Alto senso de confidencialidade;
Boa capacidade de escuta e questionamento, boa capacidade de aprendizagem;
Capacidade de planejar o trabalho com antecedência e priorizar a carga de trabalho;
Capacidade e vontade de trabalhar em um ambiente multicultural;
Curioso e disposto a trabalhar em diferentes tarefas e tópicos;
Senso de responsabilidade.
Pró-atividade e dinamismo;
Bons conhecimentos de inglês (pelo menos B1).
