SAP Business Partner Data Specialist JOB TITLE – SAP Business Partner Data Specialist
LOCATION - Lisbon or Madrid 
HOURS - 40 hours 
ABOUT THE ROLE  We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP Business Partner Data Specialist to join our Data Management team. As an SAP Business Partner Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, and maintenance of business partner master data (customers, vendors, pricing etc.) within the organization's Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP systems, ensuring consistent, accurate, and trusted data across the enterprise. 
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?  Supporting MDM and SAP system upgrades, data migrations, and integration efforts related to business partner data objects. 
Defining data design/standards, policies, and procedures for business partner data in SAP. 
Monitoring data quality, performing root cause analyses, and driving remediation efforts. 
Collaborating with the MDM team and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness. 
Managing data requests, changes, and periodic maintenance activities related to business partner data. 
Providing guidance on data-related issues, resolving conflicts, and enforcing adherence to data policies. 
Developing training materials and delivering training to data stewards and business users. 
Tracking and reporting on key data quality metrics for business partner data. 
Staying updated on MDM and data governance best practices. 
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?  Experience in SAP data design/migration, data quality management, and master data maintenance roles. 
Strong understanding of business partner data (customers, vendors, pricing etc.) and its importance within the organization. 
Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP systems SAP MM or SAP SD. 
Knowledge of data standards, data quality practices, and data governance principles. 
Excellent communication, English proficiency and training skills. 
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
