You manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders.Networked communication: The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective business departments are part of your tasks.Think holistically: You frequently align with other process areas, thereby ensuring consistent integrated process- and IT solutions. Additionally, you manage relationships with business partners, understand their needs, refine, and prioritize their requirements and integrate them in the delivery roadmap of the team. Together with other IT Product Owners and roles of the scaled agile environment, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the collaboration within the scaled agile environment and to the further development and professionalization of the role of the IT Product Owner, and improvement of product management processes within the scaled agile environment
