Job Description: Verisure (known in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate Costing & Capitalization Specialist to join our Shared Service Center, with colleagues across 18 European and LatAm markets. This exciting opportunity will be based in Lisbon, reporting to the Senior Accountant responsible for Costing & Capitalization SSC. In this role you will have the chance to be part of an international project and be in close contact with our country Financial Controllers and Invoicing departments in different locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Monitor costing processes using Oracle Cloud ERP. Perform the Capitalization process for different entities using an application built specifically for Verisure (SBNNOGL). Manage communication with our team of Oracle Specialists based in Lisbon. Treat large volumes of data in Excel to initiate the capitalization process. Ensure all Work Orders are correctly booked and documented in Excel files. Manage the entire process, ensuring every step is complete without jeopardizing the overall process. Assist new entities migrating from their current processes to the one defined by the group. Other tasks as required. Candidate Profile Experience and Qualifications: High school graduate or higher, preferably with a technical degree related to the corporate world. Good level of written and spoken English. 1+ years of relevant experience (P2P, O2C, GL or other financial area). Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NAV) and deep knowledge in Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Customer and solution-oriented mindset with good analytical skills. Humble, comfortable, and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to navigate a multicultural environment. Demonstrated commitment and ownership, eagerness to continuously improve processes. An enthusiastic individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. Strong work ethic, with high personal and professional standards.
