David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd provides unparalleled recruitment services for international companies across the Europe.We bring a fresh and innovative approach to recruitment services, acting as liaison between the candidate and the client.Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client and candidate, and leave each and every party satisfied.David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Polish-speaking Content Reviewer - IMI (Incident Management Investigation) for their Lisbon office.Position: Content Reviewer - IMI (Incident Management Investigation) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Reviewers in our Detection team play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and safety of online content.On a daily basis, they conduct visual reviews and assessments of online content related to current affairs news, and potentially other topics as needed, specific to the Country/Countries they are assigned.This involves monitoring web pages and social media platforms (e.g., Twitter) and promptly escalating any violations using internal tools.Additionally, our agents keep a vigilant eye on news sources, reporting on daily events and escalating articles that may have an immediate or future impact on Google products.Synthesizing multidimensional information and data sources clearly and concisely for different audiences Investigating, analyzing, and reporting on identified trends Documenting all data and research procedures Working with management to prioritize business and information needs Evaluating, analyzing, and conceptualizing strategic risks and threats to trust in Google.Identifying emerging trends and forecasting new forms of abuse.Translating how global developments could potentially adversely impact Google's users.REQUIREMENTS: Native or proficient level of Polish language, both verbal and written Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package Excellent communication skills Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time OFFER: Portuguese employment contract If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day that you can spend later Holiday entitlement with 22 days per year Four weeks training that prepares you optimally to conduct the job tasks Be part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere 40 Hours per week on a weekly rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 07:00 am to 20:00, weekends from 7:00 am to 24:00 Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Temporary, renewable working contract Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months Permanent contract after 2 years Private health insurance after contract signature (additional to standard insurance) Airport pick-up and administrative help with registration in Portugal Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months Yearly paid flight to home destination Accommodation in one of our shared company apartments for international candidates Free Portuguese classes, water sport activities, soft trekking and much more
