Job Description In a nutshell As an Observability Engineer with Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, you will be playing a crucial role in defining and delivering the product roadmap for our Clinical LIMS Europe Program that will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe. You will contribute to customer experience by monitoring and working on actionable metric points; and overall Program performance. You will own and manage the tools used throughout the Program to provide insights into the applications, and overall operations organization; as you review the requirements supplied by the Teams for completeness, correctness and clarity. Where will you be based and what business will you support? You will be joining an Upcoming team in Lisbon, Portugal to contribute to our Clinical LIMS Europe Program. Eurofins endeavours to develop all our software applications in-house to service and support our numerous laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed every day, the laboratories of the Eurofins clinical diagnostic services business line strive to ensure that every patient, wherever he or she lives, has access to the most specialized and most innovative techniques for diagnosis, monitoring and therapeutic decisions.
