Logistics Transformation Manager

Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider in Europe, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Transformation Manager to join our team. For this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient movement of goods within our supply chain. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Lead numerous analyses and projects from business specifications to practical implementation to optimize the logistics processes and network in UnilabsCoordinate & Execute Logistics Transformation and support major partner implementationPrepare month end management reports (costs, performance, KPIs)Participate in cross functional team projects to provide management with actionable dataEvaluate data to ensure the proper strategy is formulated and any risks are identifiedAct as the primary contact for IT on behalf of Global LogisticsOverseeing ongoing logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetCollaborating with various teams to ensure process and strategy alignmentApplying analytics to enhance the supply chain and logistics processesTroubleshooting any logistics-related issues, quickly identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsPreparing comprehensive reports on logistics operations and suggestions for improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain analysisProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsProven experience in logistics or supply chain managementStrong task and project management skillsExcellent command of analytical tools and ERP solutionsAdvanced command of English (written, spoken).
