Its unique culture gives true meaning to a "beyond banking" personality: to be a real entrepreneur, self-challenging, ever striving to excel and go that extra mile.Job Description Within GMO, the International Settlement officer will integrate the Settlement division on the secondary market, in charge of the settlement/delivery of securities on all the markets where Natixis operates, both for the Equity and Fixed-Income scope.Main missions : Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions processed by the various desks of Natixis Worldwide Resolve disagreements noted on transactions with counterparties and report information and problems encountered to the departments concerned (trade support, front-offices, reconciliations, etc.) Ensure good communication with the department in charge of provisional management of securities and secondary cash accounts Carry out the reconciliations necessary for the controls of this activity (monitoring of internal and external suspense) Actively participate in business projects and initiatives/evolutions of process or organization Contribute to activity monitoring reports You will ensure the proper application of company procedures and escalate with your hierarchy the difficulties encountered in the course of your activity.Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking; An initial training of the BAC+4/5 type, specializing in market finance is desired. +3 years of experience in the Operations; Experience working with Securities products. Securities/cash reconciliation experience is a big plus; Knowledge of external vendors software such as Summit and/or CALYPSO (at least one); You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of the customer and you appreciate teamwork. Given the specific operations, analytical skills, rigor and responsiveness are necessary to succeed in this position. A good command of oral and written English is mandatory.
