It's time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together What you'll do:Be a part of the Software Delivery management team, you are responsible for an engineering team focused on Frontend technologies with approx.
10 employees;Take over the permanent personal and professional development of your engineers and ensure their optimal deployment in our agile product teams;Ensure continuous optimization of your engineering area in terms of synergies, advisory, efficiency and output as well as the technologies, processes and tools used;You are responsible for the Frontend vision, strategy and roadmap for within your area of responsibility, contributing to build and support the associated platforms;You will act as Product Owner of the Frontend Platform, responsible within the Platform Team for the backlog and make sure that the user stories in the product backlog are clear and understandable and that acceptance criteria are in place;Define together with Stakeholders and enablers the Platform roadmap;Support and guide product teams to align with Frontend strategy and tools.Who you are:Computer science degree or equivalent;10+ years experience on software engineer, and initial experiences as an engineering manager;Understanding of software development processes;Passionate about agile values, people and technology;Platform Engineering knowledge/experience as a plus;Very good communication and listening skills;Passion to shape high performing development teams;Excellent English skills (both written and spoken);Available for travelling;What you'll get:An inspiring work environment;Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment;Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions;Implementation of a hybrid work regime whenever possible;Payment of the food allowance in meal card (exempt from legal discounts);And others.Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.
