And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.What you will do in this roleAs a Content Moderator, you will:Provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World; Ensure that theplatform's store content is accurately reviewed and actioned to meet the platform's policies; Maintain a highlevel of quality in each case that you review; Ensure training, standards, and policies are provided.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have an advanced level of Greek (written and oral) (C1)Have an intermediate level of EnglishHave prior Customer Service Experience (minimum 6 months); Possess a high curiosity about the cryptocurrency market; Can effectivelycommunicate, both written and verbally; Are skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure; Are a fast learner and diligent worker.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
