Key job responsibilities Support leaders at your site on HR mattersSupport the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environmentDevelop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcementsTake the lead on implementing and progressing HR projectsCollect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans A day in the life You'll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location.
You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.
No two days are the same as an HR Partner.
You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.
Minimum Requirements A degreeRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishRelevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadershipRelevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information Preferred qualifications Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practicesExperience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniorityExperience of working independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
