We're looking for a Coordinator with experience in financial services or in the insurance sector .If you have an advanced level of English and native level or Portuguese, apply now to join an international company in OeirasTasksIn your day-to-day, you will:Manage and optimize the Contract management/Back Office team's performanceManage and monitor workloads, inventories and backlogsEnsure follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activitiesSupport and drive project implementations within the renting/leasing departmentAct as a Specialist to support activities related to: Contract Administration, Traffic Fines, and Customer Service DeskRequirementsYou're the person we're looking for if:You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator or Team leader in financial services or in the insurance sectorYou have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2+/C1)You're able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goalsYou're disciplined, methodical, dynamic and willing to face new challengesYou can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week)BenefitsWe're offering:Competitive salary + annual bonusHybrid work (3 days of homeoffice)Ticket restaurantHome office allowanceHealth insuranceLife insuranceFlexible hours (Monday to Friday: 8-9 am to 5-6 pm)Development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
