Are you one of them? Join us This will be your role: We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the development and support of our internal services in area of Cybersecurity. Our customers are Siemens internal business units.The service consists of the three main pillars Cybersecurity Awareness, Advanced Cybersecurity Curriculum and Phishing Simulations.In your role as a consultant for the Cybersecurity Curriculum and Awareness Service you will be responsible for the development, roll-out and maintenance of Trainings and Curricula in the area of Cybersecurity for Siemens employees. Trainings are to be developed for Siemens new joiners as well as for professionals to ensure they stay well informed on the latest developments and requirements in the area of Cybersecurity. Training methodologies range from self-paced trainings to trainer-led training sessions. Your responsibilities will include: Alignment with our customers and partners on their current and future demands, deriving priorities and implementing the roadmap.Driving, monitoring and coordinating the development process, the roll-out and maintenance of the desired trainings and curriculum.Liaising with internal and external partners to define, align and provide the training contents serving the different dedicated and non-dedicated cybersecurity roles to efficiently build the required skills for their respective roles.Close cooperation with supplier to ensure high quality trainings delivered in time and budget (e.g., regarding hosting, and campaign management).Responsibility for the alignment between relevant stakeholders (e.g., workers council, accessibility team, business groups, countries, etc.)Monitoring and reporting of training and campaign performance; deriving further actions from observed KPIs.Performing retrospectives with the development team and the customers.Creation of appropriate processes and structures to maintain and increase efficiency and effectiveness of this service.In addition to that you will: Contribute to other services in your team in similar areas in order to support achievement of the targets for all services.Drive or contribute to cybersecurity initiatives together with colleagues from Business or Corporate for the cybersecurity community. We are looking for: University degree – bachelor.Advanced experience in training and qualification area, preferably training for professionals and managers (highly valued).Background and experience in communication and teaching.Initiative, creativity, curiosity, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in international teams (within Siemens and with the external supplier).Work experience as project manager and/or as consultant - international experience preferably - (organize, direct, drive teams/issues, reporting).Very strong customer and service orientation with experience in conflict management.Motivating and convincing partners and customer without formal power.You are open minded, have cross-cultural experience, enjoy a challenge and have a "get it done" mentality.Good spoken and written English.
