THE LAKHANI GROUP is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting an Accountant
We are a hotel development and construction group based in Lisbon, specializing in the execution of highly complex hotel construction/refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities:
Record all transactions in the accounting process. Compute pertinent accounting entries. Generate import files for the system. Maintain control sheets for entry calculations. Ensure tax compliance. Initiate transfer orders or collaborate with the Back-Office to commence processes. Provide support for statutory reporting. Draft initial versions of invoices. Organize physical and virtual files for the team's portfolio according to agreed-upon standards. Send basic electronic communications to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.). Contribute to updating department control sheets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
5 years of minimum work experience
Solid background in accounting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the MS Office suite.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
