Promote a culture of safety and prevention Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting risk identification and safety inspections.Providing training and education on safety practices.Investigating accidents and developing preventive measures.Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.Ensuring continuous monitoring and regulatory compliance.You will report to the Director of HV Systems and work closely with various teams to promote a culture of prevention and well-being among workers. This position requires travel to various field project locations.
Passionate about safety and compliance We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. You should have excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide employees, strong problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks, and good organizational skills to manage safety programs and maintain records. You also have:
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field.OSHA certification or other relevant HSE certifications.At least 2 years of experience in a safety-related role.Strong understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Be aware that personality and cognitive tests might be included in the recruitment process.
