Descrição do empregoEstamos à procura de um profissional experiente para atuar como PMO (Project Management Office) com foco em projetos de cibersegurança.O candidato ideal terá experiência comprovada em gestão de projectos e um sólido conhecimento na área de cibersegurança, incluindo mapeamento de riscos e controlo de orçamento de segurança.Este é um cargo em regime híbrido, combinando trabalho remoto e presencial.Responsabilidades:Coordenar e gerir projectos de cibersegurança, garantindo que sejam concluídos dentro do prazo, orçamento e escopo definidos.Desenvolver e manter mapas de riscos relacionados com a cibersegurança, identificando vulnerabilidades e implementando planos de mitigação.Monitorizar e controlar o orçamento dos projectos de cibersegurança, assegurando o uso eficiente dos recursos.Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para alinhar as estratégias de segurança às necessidades do negócio.Preparar e apresentar relatórios de estado de projectos para stakeholders, destacando progresso, riscos e acções correctivas.Estabelecer e manter processos e metodologias de gestão de projectos para garantir a consistência e qualidade na execução dos projectos.Realizar auditorias e avaliações de conformidade para garantir que as políticas e procedimentos de segurança sejam seguidos.QualificaçõesRequisitos:Experiência comprovada como PMO, preferencialmente em projectos de cibersegurança.Conhecimento sólido em mapeamento de riscos e controlo de orçamento de segurança.Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e apresentação.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa num ambiente dinâmico e em constante evolução.Certificações em gestão de projectos (PMP, PRINCE2) e/ou cibersegurança (CISSP, CISM) serão consideradas uma mais-valia.Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projectos (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).Licenciatura em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
