Customer Support Representative – German-speakingWorkster is partnering with a leading global drone technology company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office.
In this role, you will provide technical support and customer assistance for a global leader in drone technology. You will handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance, ensuring customers have a seamless experience using drones, accessories, and software solutions.

Your RoleHandle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responsesOffer detailed product information, including features, specifications, and troubleshooting guidanceAssist customers with drone setup, software updates, and technical troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to drones, remote controllers, and accessoriesManage orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth processingKeep customers informed about the status of their orders and product updatesProvide product recommendations based on customer needsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting service quality standardsGather customer feedback and report insights for product and service improvementYour RequirementsFluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2+)Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesPrevious experience in customer support, technical support, or e-commerce is a plusPassion for drone technology and innovationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologiesComfortable working on-site in LisbonThe OfferFull-time position (40 hours/week) – Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)Competitive salary and bonus packagePerformance bonusHoliday and Christmas bonusesHealth and dental insurance (included after 6 months)22 business days of annual leaveRelocation support, including:Fully paid training period, included in the contractLegal and administrative support for non-Portuguese citizens (help with NIF, Social Security, Bank Account, etc.)
