Description Maintaining the Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger to enable timely cash collection. Establish regular contact with customer accounts departments regarding payment of invoices. Management of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and preparation of appropriate reports. Monitor customer-trading terms and ensure Dawn requirements are met. Ensure customer statements are issued on a timely basis. Ensure that the companies' debt collection procedure is followed. Liaise with Accounting Manager to arrange implementation of legal proceedings where required. Support Balance sheet reconcilation for account receivables. Support cash pooling treasury department. Ensure compliance with the Group's Treasury rules and Credit Limits. Support internal and external Monitor and control bank receipt payments ie SEPA Prepare Direc Debit runs on regular basis. Support the Accountant Manager on the monthly financial closing activities (MeC) of the entity. Work closely with other team members and will provide cover where and when necessary. Perform any other reasonable duties Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required At least 3 years experience of a credit control function Fluent written & spoken English required BAsic German is an advantage Job Offer Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) Experience using SAP is arequiered Good communications skills, oral and written High attention to detail and accuracy Contacto da Michael Page
