.PROJECT MANAGER - BUSINESS PROJECTS (HYBRID) Portuguese company hires for remote/hybrid work.CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN LISBON/PORTUGAL.FLUENT PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH (C1).SEND CV IN ENGLISH.Description Main responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Business Sector: Retail Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business projects. Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Experience with project management software and tools. Practice in development of commercial proposals, point of views and other documents present in the consulting value chain. Past or actual proven experience in Management Consulting in a top tier consulting firm is a plus. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Definir o escopo, objetivos e entregas do projeto em colaboração com alta administração e stakeholders. Gerenciar cronogramas, marcos e entregas do projeto para garantir os projetos são concluídos no prazo e dentro do orçamento. Servir como o principal ponto de contato para as partes interessadas do projeto. Comunicar o status do projeto, riscos e problemas para as partes interessadas de forma clara e em tempo hábil. Identificar, avaliar e gerenciar riscos e problemas do projeto. Desenvolver estratégias de mitigação de riscos e planos de contingência. Monitorar e reportar o status do risco durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto. Desenvolver e gerenciar orçamentos de projetos. Monitorar os gastos do projeto e garantir a responsabilidade financeira. Manter documentação abrangente do projeto, incluindo planos de projeto, relatórios de status e logs de risco
