Catch the rideWhat we're looking for The Senior Rewards Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of total rewards programs. They will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform Total Rewards decisions. Lastly, they will provide support to projects and initiatives of the Total Rewards department.Job Responsibilities:Conduct benchmarking studies and market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation programs against industry standards and market trends.Analyze internal and external salary data to assess pay equity, identify pay disparities, and make recommendations for salary adjustments and salary structure enhancements.Assist in the design and administration of base pay programs, incentive plans, and other compensation initiatives to attract and retain top talent.Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and effectiveness to assess program performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.Compile, analyze, and interpret data related to Total Rewards, to generate insights and support decision-making.Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Lead the configuration of Workday Advanced Compensation plans and business processes.Ensure Workday is kept up to date with accurate information.Support in the execution of core annual activities as well as initiatives implementation using robust analytical techniques and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role preferably in a large organization or consulting firm.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
