.Job Purpose As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the right hand to our Head of IT, providing essential support in managing our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, making this an exciting and dynamic opportunity for IT professionals who thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment. Key Accountabilities: Leverage your strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, to optimize and secure our IT environment Provide top-notch technical support to our employees, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth IT experience for all Assist in the management, implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud-based systems You will have a very strong security mindset and will collaborate to implement and monitor with security measures to protect our sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards Facilitate collaboration among teams by proposing new solutions and optimizing tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc Contribute with your expertise to IT projects aimed at enhancing our technology capabilities and efficiency In the early stages of our IT department's growth, be prepared to wear multiple hats and assist with various IT-related tasks and challenges as needed Your profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience : Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the fieldSkills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to relay complex technical concepts with clarity and patience Thrive in an ever-evolving landscape, readily embracing new technologies and adapting your strategies to overcome challenges A natural collaborator who can effectively partner with individuals from various backgrounds, contributing to a cohesive team dynamic Display a proactive approach to tasks, taking ownership of challenges and following them through to successful resolution Exhibit an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, eager to learn and share insights within a supportive, knowledge-sharing environment Empower your colleagues by adopting a customer service mindset, ensuring their experience with IT support is positive and constructive Maintain composure under pressure, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges while maintaining a positive outlook Work Location: 2 days a week in our brand new office in Porto, with some travel to other Moonlake hubs in Zug & Cambridge Why us?
