There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.What you'll do at DeelCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product valueManage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resourcesCollaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilmentProactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger teamMeet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targetsMaintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecastsResolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processesActing as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experienceAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallySome key qualificationsLocated in EMEA3+ years of sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 2 year selling into EMEAA proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding businessSFDC proficiencyExperience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfactionDesire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibilityStrong written and spoken communication in EnglishTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
