Este anúncio poderá ser para ti A área de Customs Legal é responsável pela interpretação e aplicação da regulamentação aduaneira aplicável ao processo de Importação e Exportação da DHL. Suporta todo o sector Aduaneiro, na resolução de dúvidas junto da Autoridade Aduaneira (AT), no que respeita à interpretação, implementação e cumprimento do CAU (Código Aduaneiro Comunitário) na ótica da prestação de um serviço de Excelência aos Clientes DHL Express. A função de Customs Legal Specialist tem reporte direto à Customs Affairs Coordinator. Principais Responsabilidades: Estudar e dar a conhecer a legislação aduaneira e respetivas atualizações que impliquem alterações nos processos aduaneiros de importação e exportação da DHL Express Portugal, prestando os esclarecimentos necessários à Network, sobre os requisitos nacionais de importação de determinados produtos; Análise e pagamento de coimas e sua passagem ao sector responsável, assim como, elaborar contestação junto da AT quando justificável; Esclarecimento de dúvidas e suporte ao a todo o Customs, nomeadamente intervenção se necessário junto da AT; Analise, pedido e tratamento de reembolsos; Controlo de CAPs assim como das verificações físicas e documentais, extra avião; Contacto com o Cliente sempre que se justifique, assistência em questões legais de âmbito aduaneiro; Suportar os Customs Agents na classificação pautal dos envios de Inbound /Outbound, sempre que solicitado; Tratamento de Cauções, solicitação dos montantes a pagar e assegurar o respetivo pagamento Controlo de todo o processo aduaneiro; Formação, e reuniões regulares para passagem de informação referente às atualizações aduaneiras; Suporte na implementação dos projetos do Grupo DHL que impactem com o Customs Legal.
