Empresa do sector tecnológico, com cerca de 120 colaboradores, pretende reforçar a sua estrutura com um Finance Manager (m/f). Principais responsabilidades Controlar o orçamento previamente aprovado, de acordo com as normas da empresa e as informações recolhidas junto dos diferentes departamentos, com vista ao reporting mensal; Organização da tesouraria nos procedimentos e elaboração do processo de pagamentos, recebimentos e conferência de facturas; Execução de diversas reconciliações com especial destaque às bancárias e às de terceiros; Garantir o alinhamento entre a informação contabilística e informação de gestão para efeitos de monitorização e reporting; Supervisionar Balanço bem como os elementos contabilísticos - encerramento mensal e anual de contas; Fornecer análises que auxiliem a Administração na tomada de decisão, bem como identificar factores chave de gestão, a nível interno e externo; Vigiar continuamente a evolução dos KPI's de gestão, salientando desvios e propondo acções correctivas; Analisar e controlar o processo de produção de informação para a gestão do negócio; Responsável pela negociação de operações com a banca; Estabelecer ligação operacional com os diversos Departamentos no sentido de controlar e optimizar a actividade da Empresa. Perfil desejado Formação académica superior em Economia, Gestão ou similar em Universidade de prestígio; Experiência profissional mínima de 10 anos em funções similares; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês; Personalidade proactiva e com espírito de iniciativa; Excelente capacidade analítica; Grande capacidade de organização e planeamento; Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.
