We are seeking a Field Service Engineer in Portugal to manage and execute service jobs across our portfolio of products, modules, and systems.
Main Responsibilities: Perform and support technical services for customers, including commissioning, installation, testing, repair, maintenance, condition monitoring, and energy audits at customer sites. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues with a deep understanding of applications and products on-site. Generate detailed service reports for both the customer and commercial team. Who You Are: Experienced in industrial settings, handling electrical and automation issues. Familiar with measurement instruments, PLCs, and rotary equipment like pumps and turbines. Analytical and proactive, with a focus on results and meeting objectives. Customer-oriented, dedicated to addressing and meeting customer needs. What You Know: Over 5 years of field service experience in electromechanical activities. Fluent in Portuguese, both verbal and written. Intermediate proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Experience working in an international context with colleagues and customers from diverse cultures. Willingness to travel frequently within Portugal and Spain. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is a plus. What's in it for you?
