Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Senior User Acquisition Specialist - Senior Marketing Specialist Miniclip is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing team in our Lisbon (PT) Office.What will you be doing at Miniclip? This is a varied and exciting role, working with a leading digital games and entertainment company. You will work closely with our existing UA team, with the following responsibilities:Managing the full UA process for a mobile game: from soft launch to global launch and post launch activityPlanning and execution of user acquisition campaigns across multiple channelsProduce comprehensive UA reporting, analyse ROI and run in-depth analyses to identify new opportunities to support key titlesRunning multiple marketing tests and present results to stakeholders with concrete recommendationsUse data-driven insights to enhance performance through sub-publisher optimisation, customised targeting and segmentationRun commercial tests to assess viability and scalability of a game for potential co-publishing dealsDevelop briefings for new ad creatives and oversee the production of marketing materialManage business relationships with day-to-day communication and reporting with various stakeholdersWhat are we looking for? The following skills are essential for the role:In-depth knowledge of acquisition tools and mobile ad networksAnalytical thinker with great attention to detailStrong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying across channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Unity Ads, ironSource, Applovin and SnapchatHands-on experience creating and optimising campaigns on multiple channelsFamiliarity with tracking tools (such as Adjust or Appsflyer) for mobile advertising campaignsStrong knowledge about the mobile games market and KPIs for various game genresKnowledge of product soft-launch and global launch proceduresExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive: a desire to suggest new content ideas and take the lead on projects, or explore opportunitiesFast learner: there will be opportunities to learn lots of new skills in this role, and the ideal candidate will show an aptitude and passion for self-improvementThe following skills are desirable for the role:Passion for games and their designKnowledge of remarketing campaignsExperience with user testing and customer journey optimisationExperience with content/ad copy optimisationWhat will you learn?
