Chief Financial Officer - Porto, Portugal - Blu Selection DescriçãoWe are currently seeking a Finance and Legal Manager to join a fast-growing client located in Porto, Portugal.As the Finance and Legal Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance and legal team, developing and overseeing the implementation of business processes and controls, and analyzing data to support executive leadership in business steering and company-wide initiatives.HQ is based in Portugal - offering remote working within Europe.TasksLead a team of 34 direct reports and 8 FTEs in finance and legal managementDevelop and implement business processes and controls to scale the business efficientlyAnalyze datadriven results and performance to support executive leadership in steering business operations and companywide initiativesDesign, automate, and optimize scalable processes and systems in Strategic Finance, FP&A, and overall Finance and legal.Partner with crossfunctional leaders to create detailed business cases supported by financial data to inform decisionmakingContinuously expand your knowledge by exploring new technologies and embracing novel approachesCommunicate effectively and collaborate as an active member of the teamRequirements:Demonstrable experience in fundraising, M&A, and multicountry operationsProven track record at a growth stage company, preferably within the SaaS spaceBackground in FP&A or strategic finance with operational finance management experience5+ Years in a CTO position.Exceptional financial modeling skills including Google Sheets, business plans, M&A, and 3statement modelsExperience building and maintaining relationships with crossfunctional partnersStrategic thinker with strong analytical and decisionmaking skillsAbility to execute multiple tasks efficiently under significant time constraints with great attention to detailThe growthoriented mindset with a proven ability to work strategically in a fastpaced, changing environmentBenefits:Flexible working hours and remotefriendly culture.Competitive salary and perks.If required, support on relocation to Portugal and visa sponsoring.Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
