Senior CRM ConsultantLisboaLisbon, Lisbon, Portugal We're fast learners, hard workers, natural collaborators. . and we Make Modern Happen Our ambition is to unlock the potential of our digital world so that organisations everywhere can innovate and thrive securely.We aim to achieve this goal by bringing together the world's most talented people and the most powerful technologies, combining them to address our customers' challenges and to build something stronger together.If you share our vision, join usRight now, we are looking for a Senior CRM Consultant to integrate our internal team.Your responsabilities include:Design solutions for business requirements and improve Client processes;Prepare functional specification documentation;Analyze business processes and requirements;Customize and Configure D365 solutions;Follow and support the development team to implement the designed solution;Test solution developed to ensure that the solution designed with the customer is implemented;Tests and training documentation, about the designed solution;Implement improvements to internal processes and new functional methodologies;Contribute to continuous improvement.You must have:Minimum of 5 years' experience with CRM;Minimum of 3 years' in Dynamics 365 Extensions development (Web Resource, Custom Workflow/Action, Plugins, Business Rules, Business Process Flows);Solid knowledge in several modules of Dynamics CRM platform;Experience in customizing the Dynamics CRM platform - attributes, views, forms.We value:Certifications in Dynamics 365;Customisation in Dynamics 365;Experience with Agile Methodologies;Experience with Azure Function and API'S;Experience with Power Platforms: PowerBI, Custom Connectors;#J-18808-Ljbffr
