Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data & AI Platform / Solution Architect to design, model, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling, cloud platforms, DataOps, Big Data, and Machine Learning, ensuring efficient data management and governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Design and model business requirements in different data models (normalized, denormalized, star schema, columnar, graph, geographic, time series, document-based).
Architect data streaming and integration solutions, including schema APIs and CRUD APIs.
Develop and implement reference data architectures aligned with the company's Data Management Strategy.
Create blueprints for organizational data frameworks, defining how data is collected, stored, integrated, and managed across Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Marts.
Define and implement DataOps observability metrics, ensuring: Operational health monitoring of data pipelines (latency, retries, execution times).
Dataset health tracking (availability, freshness, volume, schema changes).
Data quality assurance (profiling, anomaly detection, drift analysis, business rule validation).
Ensure technical excellence in scalability, security, performance, data recovery, and reliability.
Prepare business process reports and analytics insights.
Enhance and optimize the Celonis platform, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Conduct technical and functional analyses to integrate new processes into Celonis.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Up to 9 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
Technical Expertise Strong data modeling skills (Star Schema, Columnar, Graph, etc.).
Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) .
Solid experience with Big Data Technologies (BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, Cassandra, etc.)

Data Governance & Security expertise (GDPR compliance, metadata management, MDM best practices).
Machine Learning & AI knowledge , including classification, time series analysis, and regression models .
Experience implementing data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management .
Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and data streaming solutions
