Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market and currently redefining the standards of the luxury property sector, intends to reinforce its dynamic Residential team with the integration of a Consultant for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities: Market prospection – property enlistment; Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers; Support to real estate commercialization strategies; Achievement of objectives previously established (quantitatively and qualitatively); Conducting visits; Conduct the property brokerage process to its conclusion.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired: Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Real Estate; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point); Proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages will also be valued); Excellent commercial instinct; Excellent analytical, planning and negotiation skills; Thorough attention to detail; High sense of responsibility; Team player and ease of communication; Proactivity, assertiveness and resilience.
