What you'll do Provide customer service with the highest level of kindness and professionalism;
Assist, by phone or email, with any customer questions and concerns regarding products, contract issues, and mobile bundles;
Answer payment transactions and invoice queries;
Advise on current mobile phones and provide technical support;
Advise existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers;
Provide recommendations on additional options and manage customer data reliably.
What you'll need Native or near-native Italian speaker;
Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);
Excellent communication skills;
Customer-oriented;
Proactive in promoting effective problem solving;
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
