Onsite level 2 IT support for your users in hardware and software problems

Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:


Handle inbound calls and answer questionsTroubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, network and application issues in a ticketing systemYou will analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryBe part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
