.Digital Compliance AnalystIntroduction to Role:Join AstraZeneca, a company with a bold aspiration to improve the lives of 200 million patients by delivering 20 new medicines by 2030. As a Digital Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing AZ's risk exposure for customer-facing digital assets. You will work across global and local marketing teams, Global Commercial Operations, Global Compliance, and Global Corporate Information Technology (IT). Your role will be pivotal in driving data quality and performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines, and fostering partnerships with marketing teams.Accountabilities:As a Digital Compliance Analyst, you will deliver on key strategies to support the Digital Compliance Services Team on process enhancement delivery projects. You will work across global and local marketing, commercial, IT, Global Compliance, privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure task completion and compliance adherence for AstraZeneca's global digital footprint. You will contribute to the delivery of the global digital assurance strategy by supporting areas of service growth will also manage the global digital catalogue as the single source of external digital asset information and build awareness of the risk and response to emerging digital trends within the global marketing area.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering or similarProven track record of delivery of global projects and the development of pragmatic solutionsAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of key industry standards and regulations that influence digital media communicationsProven experience of change managementStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDesirable Skills/Experience:Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations/Commercial IT platforms, risk management and business performance managementKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards in the digital spaceSolid understanding of technical aspects of digital media and communicationStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders across the globeAt AstraZeneca, we are on a journey of growth and evolution to find better ways to translate value for the business and our patients.
