A Intrum tem a sua sede em Estocolmo, Suécia e está cotada na bolsa Nasdaq Estocolmo.Em Portugal desde 1997, com escritórios em Lisboa (sede) e no Porto, a Intrum tem mais de 250 colaboradores.A missãoComo membro da Direção da empresa deverá:Planear, definir e implementar as políticas transversais de Compliance, desenhando ferramentas e procedimentos, de acordo com o Propósito do Grupo, análise de dupla materialidade e o Código de Ética e Conduta Empresarial.Fomentar um ambiente e cultura de cumprimento de marcos regulatórios e normas relacionadas com princípios e valores.Garantir uma análise detalhada dos riscos operacionais e que os mesmos são identificados e qualificados em concordância, garantindo que a estrutura local esteja em conformidade com o grupo e com os requisitos externos e internos locais.Efetuar análise dos processos de risco e respetivo reporting.Representar a Intrum perante autoridades, reguladores e outras entidades relevantes nas vertentes Legal e Compliance.Elaborar e validar modelos de contrato cliente e apoiar as áreas de negócio nas gestão da relação com os clientes nas temáticas legal e compliance.Gerir a relação com os escritórios de advogados externos e acompanhar os processos judiciais, dando suporte ao que for necessário para os determinados fins.O que procuramosFormação superior em Direito ou Gestão.Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções de Gestão e/ou em funções de Compliance.Experiencia na área de Legal.Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.Boa capacidade de comunicação, influência e de síntese.Rigor e capacidade de análise.Orientação para a qualidade e cumprimento de normas e procedimentos.O que oferecemos?Contrato sem termo (efetividade).Possibilidade trabalho híbrido após período de adaptação.Seguro de saúde.Carro e combustível.Prenda e tarde de aniversário.Benefícios adicionais para bem estar como quick massages e fruta no escritório.Bónus anual.Programa de jornada contínua com possibilidade de sair mais cedo às sextas-feiras.Do you feel that you might be the right person?
