We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our new team in Porto. As a leader in the semiconductor industry, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence in our software solutions. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the software applications that power our factory operations, and we are looking for a technical leader who can guide our team to take our software to the next level. If you are a seasoned software engineer with a passion for technical leadership, a keen eye for innovation, and a track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects, we would love to hear from you.

As a Technical Lead Software Engineer - Product Quality Solutions, you will play a key role in technically leading and mentoring the team while you will also develop, maintain, and improve our software applications for factory integration and software development, driving innovation and excellence in our products.

In your new role, you will:Act as the Technical lead and mentor of the software development team to achieve the functional and individual objectivesDevelop, troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve our existing software, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and reliabilityBrainstorm and develop new ideas with our Innovation team that will take our software to the next levelRefactor and migrate our software applications to new technologies, ensuring they remain scalable and efficientDevelop and perform automated testing and rolloutTake ownership of changes and proactively manage them to ensure commitments are metCollaborate with global, agile project teams as part of our DevOps team, working together to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our usersBe familiar with the technology ecosystem of Factory Integration and Software development (e.g. relations between MES, Orchestrator, Production and Wafertest area) You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related fieldAt least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer with some experience as a Technical Lead as wellExperience with most of the following skills: C++, C# or .NET Core, RESTful web services, gRPC, and LinuxExperience in either GUI development (Frontend) or service development (Backend), as well as technology migrationAdvanced knowledge in SQL server and database management, with expertise in OracleExperience in the SAFe agile framework is a plus, but not essentialExperience in DevOps/Automated Testing is also desirable, but not mandatoryFluency in English is mandatory Please send us your CV in English Contact:
