Fortinet is looking for the best and the brightest to join our highly motivated team in Lisbon. Customer Success and Support in Lisbon is delivering Level 1, 2 and 3 support services to customers from Europe, Middle-East and Africa region.Position Overview And Job ResponsibilitiesProviding technical support and assistance to Fortinet certified partners and customersRunning real-time troubleshooting sessions with partners/customersTesting and reproducing partner/customer issues in LaboratoryWorking on escalations from Level 1 technical support teamReporting Software/Hardware related issues to R&D departmentRequirements3+ years of experience in networking or security industryIn-depth knowledge of TCP/IPHands on experience with security devices Firewalls/IPS/Mail Security GatewaysProficient spoken and written EnglishPositive, communicative and customer oriented attitudeAbility to work in multicultural team environmentQuick learnerDesirableFamiliar with dynamic routing protocols and its implementation (OSPF, BGP)Experience with VPNs (IPSec, SSL, L2TP, GRE)Good knowledge of authentication protocols and methods (LDAP, SSO, Radius, 2-factor authentication)Knowledge of database maintenance and SQLFamiliar with Web application security and vulnerabilities (experience with exploits is plus)Having any of industry certificates (FCNSP, CISSP, CCNP, CCSP,CCNA …)EducationBachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experienceMaster Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferredBenefitsStable multicultural working environmentCareer development opportunitiesGreat opportunity to fully utilize knowledge and technical skillsTrainings and personal development planCompetitive salaryEmployee stock programng or Computer Science preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
