The job: The main purpose of the role as Marketing Optimization Specialist is to act as an advisor for AdWords campaign optimization for our client's projects.
You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual client facing team.
You will be in close contact with Account Leads to find ways to improve the results of Premium clients.
It is a very technical role where market knowledge and ability to collect, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data are of very high importance.
Your daily work will include tasks like the following:
Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions Gather and analyze data at both the account and campaign level Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities and drive conversations with clients Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement. Your qualifications: You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
1 year experience in contact center.
Experience in Marketing Optimization is a plus.
Experience regarding SEO, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Advertising, etc.
is a big plus.
You have a comprehensive understanding and good level of computer handling skills.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to navigate data systems.
Knowledge of Excel tools and knowledge of DM tools.
Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations).
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information.
