Summary:
We have an incredible opportunity for a P2D (Plan to Deliver) Process Lead to join our IT team. As a P2D Process Lead, you will design and optimize Plan to Deliver (P2D) processes leveraging SAP solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant P2D operations. This role is heavy on the business side, focusing on how to use business applications while working closely with tech teams. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
What can you expect as a P2D Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
You will lead a team of professionals, analyze current P2D processes in detail, identify potential risks and areas for improvement, and engage in managing new change requests. Leveraging your expertise, you will recommend and implement robust control measures to mitigate identified risks and optimize operations. Your role will also involve continuous interaction with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance compliance, and ensure that our P2D operations are efficient.

Your primary tasks will include the following:

Leading a team with a strong focus on project management, accountability for tasks, safeguarding process templates, and serving as the go-to person for P2D process inquiries
Ensure the proper handover of content and provide support to non-SAP personnel for the local OneProcess
Analyzing current P2D processes, identifying risks, and recommending control measures and process improvements
Implementing best practices for P2D processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Configuring and customizing SAP solutions to support P2D processes
Collaborating with different teams across the company to streamline P2D processes
Developing comprehensive training materials and conducting end-user training on P2D processes and SAP solutions
Supporting process automation and continuous monitoring initiatives within P2D operations
Staying updated on P2D process trends and internal requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, SAP, and/or a related field
At least 8+ years of experience in optimizing Plan to Deliver (P2D) processes in the large-scale product environment
Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP solutions around P2D processes
Strong understanding of P2D processes, and knowledge of process automation techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
Leadership skills and team-leading experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team
Strong people and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and training skills to provide end-user training and support
English proficiency
